Designed to stretch out the hip flexors, the Double Pendulum Swing with Leg Lift is an important warm-up machine before a serious workout. Unlike the Double Pendulum Swing, this version is focused on loosening up the hip flexors that are important in more flexible movements like those used in martial arts, dance, gymnastics and even just simple exercise motions like running, walking and jumping rope. A tight hip flexor is not only stiff, but it is easy to injure if someone is making too wide a motion. The Double Pendulum Swing with Leg Lift freely swings allowing the user to identify the range of motion that they are able to handle. Hand grips are located in three places with an additional foot grip on one side when switching legs. The two station design makes it so that both the left and right sides can be stretched out comfortably on one machine.
